How can I place an order?

Step 1: Go to the product page of the item you want to order.
Step 2: Click on the green 'Add to cart' button to place the item in the shopping cart.
Step 3: Click on shopping cart at the top right to view your shopping cart.
Step 4: Click on 'Go to order' in the shopping cart to pay.
Step 5: Follow the steps in the ordering process.

How do I change my order?

It is possible to change the order in your shopping cart. Press the 'trash can' behind the article to remove the product from the shopping cart. Has the order already been placed? Please contact our customer service.

Can I still change the order I have already placed?

No, once an order has been completed it is no longer possible to add an extra item. In that case we advise you to place a new order.

I have not received a confirmation, was my order successful?

If your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation in your email within 15 minutes. If this is not the case, we advise you to check your email under 'Junk mail'. The email may not have ended up in your Inbox. Always check whether you have entered the email address correctly.
