You can use our Track Your Order page to see the current status of your package. Simply enter your tracking number and it will tell you the current delivery status. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 7 days to activate.
When will I receive my order?
We are working super hard to send packages as quickly as possible so you can enjoy them sooner. Please note that each order takes 1-3 business days to process and ship. Depending on where you are located, shipping takes approximately 5-25 days to arrive. You can check our shipping policy here.Can I change my order?
You can change or cancel your order within the first 12 hours after ordering by contacting our support at support@electrosteps.nl with your information and details. After 12:00, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change an order, because we forward the information to our warehouse as soon as possible to provide a faster delivery. However, you always have the option to return the package after receiving it. We will then refund you the full amount. Please refer to our refund policy here.What payment methods do you accept?
You can make purchases on our website with any bank card or credit card. In addition, we offer support for IDEAL , Paypal , Apple Pay and Google Pay . You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.In which currency are the charges made ?
We currently charge our customers in €EUR . If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, the charge will be in
€ EUR charged. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of your currency.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with the exception of a few countries. The majority of our customers are from Europe, USA, UK, New Zealand and Australia. If due to circumstances we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you and refund you accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 7 to dawn to cancel after receipt.
After cancellation you have again 7 to dawn to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package , consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via support@electrosteps.nl . We will then transfer the order amount due within 30 to dawn after registration of your return, you will be refunded provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
